From time to time startup entrepreneurs ask me for some advice about success in business. I always tell them rule #1 is never give up – no matter what. Rule #2 is that honesty pays.\

This video is a perfect example of how a few small untruths can muck up the reputation of a computer repair shop. Even the mighty Geek Squad was caught on hidden camera “misdiagnosing” this computer’s obvious problem.

The one factor that keeps Schrock customers coming back again and again is trust. Our customers trust that we will give them the best possible scenarios for their equipment, and they trust that we will do what we say we are going to do.
