Any price increase announced so far in advance is usually a ploy to get early renewals and it may be worthwhile waiting a while to see how they react to negative feedback.

I don’t know how they justify these price increases. The process of selling a domain is so little work. This is nothing but a money grab by someone who has a monopoly over the most sought after tlds.

Hmm, never good to see prices going up but atleast it’s nice to receive some warning, even though it does seem to be completely in their own interest as usual..
