		<description>I wouldn&#039;t interfere on the what Thor chooses to pay his candidates. If he gets suitable people at that price, its his luck. That&#039;s how businesses work, there are trade offs with everything and with experience you choose whats optimal for you.</description>

If you do the same with the minumum hours requrired of 45 the pay is 17.10 to 12.82. With no time and a half for the 5 to 10 hours of overtime required. You offer few benifits and possible bonuses. To pay that little and to make it still worth a quailified canadites time you should be offering paid time off and healthcare.</description>

While you might find someone to do most of this stuff adequately for that price, wouldn&#039;t you rather hire someone more qualified to deal with clients?  Perhaps you should mention more details about the performance based goals.  Too often employers offer such bonuses and then avoid them once the employee is hired.</description>
