I wouldn’t interfere on the what Thor chooses to pay his candidates. If he gets suitable people at that price, its his luck. That’s how businesses work, there are trade offs with everything and with experience you choose whats optimal for you.

your max pay of 40,000 and max hours required of 50 makes the hourly pay of 15.38. Your minimum pay of 30,000 with the max hours is 11.53 an hour. If you do the same with the minumum hours requrired of 45 the pay is 17.10 to 12.82. With no time and a half for the 5 to 10 hours of overtime required. You offer few benifits and possible bonuses. To pay that little and to make it still worth a quailified canadites time you should be offering paid time off and healthcare.

I would have to agree with seara that the pay sounds quite low. While you might find someone to do most of this stuff adequately for that price, wouldn’t you rather hire someone more qualified to deal with clients? Perhaps you should mention more details about the performance based goals. Too often employers offer such bonuses and then avoid them once the employee is hired.

isn’t the pay a little low for the requirements you have and the responsibility of the employee and the hours you are requesting them to work. If you want top quality employees you should pay as such

I’m going to a graduate assessment centre soon and they will probably test numeracy skills without a calculator. Being stuff that I have not done in years, are there any good websites out there that will show you how to do subtraction, division and multipication the old fashioned way.
