We have to donate the prize and pay for the air time. This kind of ad works well when you are building brand recognition while offering a limited time sale. This ad would not be good as a “come buy my stuff” spot. We do the Holiday Sale every year, so this spots allows us to present during a news broadcast and that credibility helps keep Schrock top of mind.
