That’s actually the best job for me, it’s me you’re looking for man. It’s a pitty that I’m all the way in South Africa. I’m a technician turned into a Web Developer, wouldn’t mind getting back to the technical side.
Well, I hope that you find the perfect person for the position. Just go with their vibe (energies) and you’ll just know who’s the guy/lady for the job.
The best question to ask on an interview when you’re looking for a certain personal quality is, “What has been your biggest mistake or failure in your life to this point?”. You’ll be able to tell from the answer whether a person is materialistic or has humanity.
Sorry for such a long comment 😉
Computer technician would be easy to find. I think you’ll have trouble with combining his skills with data recovery. Knowing data recovery software is quite easy but getting hard drive open and getting 100% of data stored might be a problem.

Yes, too bad about the whole South Africa thing… Maybe we should open a franchise 😉
@ Setai
You are 100% correct. I don’t expect to find any technicians locally who will have the proficiency that our Mike does now. He has been in seminars and training presentations for months now and his skills are right where we need them to be.
I am more interested in finding a technician who wants to learn Data Recovery . To do that you need to have base computer skills though.
