I am glad to see there are plug ins to help save time. I have read through the tweak and SEO links you suggested and I am certain they will be useful. I have a blog http://www.nutritionalbaseddisorders.com currently with word press direct. After the 30 day challenge I will use straight word press (I think). My question is, how do we actually install a plug in?
