		<description>Sounds a like a reasonable thing to be doing, putting goals into writing is often much more motivating than just thinking about them occasionally!

I&#039;m amazed by the volumes of content you&#039;re talking about though, 150 pages in a week? Can I ask what you constitute as a page in relation to this as creating consistent content on my blog is something I try to do - which means less posts, but content I&#039;m happier with.

Is the kind of content you&#039;re talking about blog-style of content or something easier to create dynamically or short blog post style?

Thanks for the inspiration though, I&#039;m in the middle of outlining short, medium and long term objectives for myself and reading this does help, cheers and good luck with it!</description>
