You are so honest, you stand by everything you say, how many companies can truly say that. Not many, if any.

I purchased surge protectors from you not realizing that I would not be able to use them because I don’t have grounded wiring in my old house, you took them back without a word even though they’d been opened & were not saleable by you again.

As the words to the song goes, “Who could ask for anything more”. What I truly wish i could do is put cudos in the Omaha paper so that people would know that there is indeed an honest man in Omaha who does exactly what he says he’ll do & then some, you are truly a blessing in this otherwise cynical world we live in. I will always remember your kindness & will speak of it to everyone I come in contact with.
