As of today, over 15,000 unique individuals have visited the www.schrockinnovations.com website looking for help removing the SpyFalcon, SpywareQuake, and SpySheriff spyware infections. SpyFalcon and SpywareQuake are the latest spyware threats in a string of similar programs that started with the SpySheriff infection in 2005. For complete background information you can read our SpyFalcon, SpySheriff, and SpywareQuake Press Release.
It is somewhat surprising to me that an infection that came out in 2005 is still posing a threat to computer users today. In fact, Ad-Aware, Spybot, Windows Defender, and even the Maintenance Checkup Home Edition have difficulties removing it.
If you or someone you know has the annoying pop-ups from SpySheriff, SpywareQuake, or SpyFalcon, direct them to the removal sites we have established below:

the worst part about it is even computer literate people (such as myself) get infected. you know they are using some very iffy tactics if geeks don’t even see it coming. i’m not gonna lie, i didn’t read the full removal instructions. i read up to the point where you linked to the programs. i downloaded those, ran them, then stopped. it cleaned it up. thanks for that.
I had a problem removing Spyware Quake myself, even as somebody who is computer literate. I do not know how I managed to get this pesky thing on my system in the first place. I found your removal instructions very useful, so thanks for posting them up.
Followed your instructions on the website to remove Spyware Quake. It indicates i should launch a program “FixSQ”.zip tool. When I try to unzip it, I get a message that the file is empty and it cannot be unzipped. Could you email to me the tool?
Thanks for your question, Ken. I have updated the file on our server and it should work for you now. Let me know if you have any problems. The download link is http://www.schrockinnovations.com/fixsq.zip
